HEAVEN ON EARTH IN SACRED CEREMONY

Each ceremony is unique and crafted with loving intention to guide you into your heart for healing, wisdom and nourishment. As a meditation guide and teacher, I am here to draw you into your centre to restore a sense of calm and purpose while journeying with you into the higher realms for greater wisdom and connection.
SACRED CEREMONIES are created from a shamanic perspective to connect you to your wise body, the healing Earth Mother, the seasons and sabbats of the year, the Guides that watch over you, the Spirits who walk beside you, the plants who care for you, and the beloved human and Star Beings of your earth and cosmic Ancestry.
Ceremonies can be short and sweet or long and complex but ultimately whatever is done mindfully and in the spirit of loving intention to honour a period of transition can be called a ceremony. It’s important that these are held in a safe container where everyone is supported. Ceremonies are often held in alignment with nature’s transitions, such as new and full moons, equinoxes and solstices, and astrological turning points. While rituals can also be sacred, they are more of an everyday nature, such as oracle cards, burning incense, blessing your cacao, and journaling.
