About

It’s so lovely to have you here in my online sanctuary.

The golden thread I weave through my books, cards, meditations, poems, courses, programs, and everything else I create, is to open to Divine Love so it may guide me and cause miracles in the lives of many.

My purpose is to empower others to open their hearts to the deepest truth of Love and let it advise, delight and replenish them in every moment. To inspire others to honour the guidance of unconditional Love that streams from this place each day.

I’m a whole lot of sacred with a healthy dose of irreverence. I love and pray hard. I laugh raucously. I’m stubborn and untethered. I care deeply for the planet. I’m a luminous Soul who was born to stretch limits and rise above expectations.

I have a sacred penchant for words: written, spoken, whispered, felt and thought. Words that are infused with love, light and magic have a way of lifting people from their fear, doubt and insecurities into a higher way of being.

As a journalist I’ve written hundreds of magazine articles for some of Australia’s most revered magazines and websites, including Collective Hub, Grazia, Good Health, body+soul, real living, Lorna Jane Active Living and Cosmopolitan. As a spirited creatrix I’ve written four sets of oracle cards, a soulful journal, gift cards, an ebook called The Intuitive Playbook and as a copywriter I’ve helped dozens of wholehearted soulpreneurs bring together inspired words for their own websites and ebooks. As a mentor I’ve guided many incredible women back onto their Soul’s path and brought out their light and purpose.

Recently I launched my first book, published with the generosity and wisdom of Llewellyn Worldwide Publishing – The Call of Intuition: How to Recognize & Honor Your Intuition, Instinct & Insight. This book is a spiritual and scientific look at the three incredible guides that live within us all. Every person on earth is highly intuitive and psychic and it’s my intention that this book reminds them that their inner universe is alive and thriving.

I adore people. My bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology gave me a rich understanding of the wonder and peculiarities of peoples’ minds, and helped me focus on bringing out the light and sacredness in all I meet. I’m obsessed with hugging people, teaching them how to heal themselves, mentoring them on their spiritual path, making them laugh (and eat brownies), and showing them that there’s nothing to be afraid of inside of themselves.

I was born in Canada, raised mostly in Sydney, Australia, and now I gratefully live on Bundjalung land in beautiful Byron Bay. I believe in slow and messy homemade meals, salty lavender baths, spirited soul circles, hot cacao, deep meditation, dancing in the sunshine, healing with crystals, being guided by oracle cards, and intuitive living.

Thanks for visiting, I hope you’ll stay awhile and nourish your soul. To be the first to hear about everything that I create, make, write or giveaway, join my community here.
