About

It’s so lovely to have you here in my online sanctuary.

The golden thread I weave through my books, cards, meditations, poems, courses, programs, and everything else I create, is to open to Love and let your heart guide you in each moment. This is how we heal, find ease in life, discover a deeper purpose, connect with our soul community, and intuitively live in tune with our highest self.

My purpose is to empower others to open their hearts to the deepest truth of Love and let it guide, delight, and replenish them in every moment. To live with an open heart, to listen to and honour the whispers of unconditional Love that stream from that place each day, is to rise into the highest version of ourselves.

I’m a whole lot of sacred with a healthy dose of irreverence. I love and pray hard. I speak and laugh raucously. I’m stubborn and untethered. I care deeply for the planet. I am a luminous Soul in a lightworker’s body with the mind of a mystic. I was born to push up against limits and rise above expectations and guide others to live into their wildest, brightest potential every day.

I have a sacred penchant for words: written, spoken, whispered, felt and thought. Words that are infused with love, light and magic have a way of lifting people from their fear, doubt and insecurities. Words transform people; they inspire a better, higher way of living.

As a journalist I’ve written hundreds of magazine articles for some of Australia’s most revered magazines and websites – Collective Hub, Grazia, Good Health, body+soul, real living, Lorna Jane Active Living, Cosmopolitan, and many more. As a spirited creatrix I’ve written four sets of oracle cards, a soulful journal, gift cards, an ebook called The Intuitive Playbook and as a copywriter I’ve helped dozens of wholehearted soulpreneurs bring together inspired words for their own websites and ebooks. As a mentor I’ve guided many incredible women back onto their Soul’s path and brought out their light and purpose.

This year I’m launching my first book, published with the generosity and wisdom of Llewellyn Worldwide Publishing: The Call of Intuition: How to Recognize & Honor Your Intuition, Instinct & Insight. On November 8th, 2020, it will launch in the USA, and in December it will be avilable in the rest of the world. You can read about it and pre-order it here.

I adore people. My bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology gave me a rich understanding of the wonder and peculiarities of peoples’ minds, and ever since I’ve been focussed on bringing out the light and sacredness of those I meet. I’m obsessed with hugging people, teaching them how to heal themselves, mentoring them on their spiritual path, making them laugh (and eat brownies), and showing them that there’s nothing to be afraid of inside of themselves.

I was born in Canada, raised mostly in Sydney, Australia, and now I gratefully live on Bundjalung land in beautiful Byron Bay. I believe in slow and messy homemade meals, salty lavender baths, spirited soul circles, hot cacao, deep meditation, dancing in the sunshine, healing with crystals, being guided by oracle cards, and intuitive living.

Thanks for visiting, I hope you’ll stay awhile and nourish your soul. To be the first to hear about everything that I create, make, write or giveaway, join my community here.
