Nestled on 35 acres of gently sloping land and surrounded by 500 acres of old growth protected national forest, Nest is a retreat sanctuary in the stunning green cauldron of the Byron Bay Hinterland, Australia. The quiet location and pristine natural environment make it the ideal venue to sink into deep connection with yourself, other women, and Mama Nature.

 

Our retreat has exclusive use of the entirety of Nest’s exquisite grounds, including the large communal house, yoga temple, freshwater pond for swimming, steam sauna, hot tub, dedicated therapy space, outdoor fire pit with seating, and signposted bushwalking tracks.

 

This space is surrounded by ancient trees in a forest so rich with the healing energy of the Byron Bay hinterland. Being on this land is being held by the healing volcanic cauldron that’s unique to this area.

 

Together we will meditate with the rising sun, heal in the spa and lotus pond, commune with the flowers and trees, create elixirs and essences, eat delicious food, stretch our body, mind and Soul, and weave an inspiring vision for ourselves and our communities.

The hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia, is a renowned place for healing and renewal. The land is a part of an ancient volcano that erupted more than 100 million years ago, leaving behind the largest green caldera (cauldron) in the Southern Hemisphere, rich with fertile soil and a palpable energy.

Check in time is at 3pm on arrival day for a 4pm start.

Check out time is at 10am on departure day.  

The only additional costs to you are your own transport to and from the location.

Accomodation options range from your own room to shared spaces. Contact me on the ‘Enquire here’ button above with your preferred arrangement.

Our incredible chef Pia is more than happy to make food to suit your intolerances and/or allergies. Let us know as soon as possible.

It’s recommended that you have a reasonable level of fitness, that you have already begun your spiritual path, and that you are overall emotionally stable. This retreat isn’t suitable for anyone overcoming major mental or physical health issues or substance abuse problems. Get in touch if you have any questions.

I am open to hosting a retreat for up to 25 wonderful women.

All ages over 18 are welcome on this retreat. 

We will be spending time in the beautiful yoga temple where there is a wide variety of seating options to keep you comfortable. Yoga mats, bolsters and cushions are provided, too. You’re welcome to bring sheepskin rugs, extra blankets, low chairs (no legs) and other cushions.

You will be sent all details for the retreat – including what to bring – when you have paid for the retreat in full.

This is an alcohol and caffeine free retreat. You may bring snacks, but sugar overload is not recommended. You’re welcome to bring your phone; however it’s advised to keep your usage to an absolute minimum and we ask that you don’t bring it to, or use it during, group sessions.
