Nestled on 35 acres of gently sloping land and surrounded by 500 acres of old growth protected national forest, Nest is a retreat sanctuary in the stunning green cauldron of the Byron Bay Hinterland, Australia. The quiet location and pristine natural environment make it the ideal venue to sink into deep connection with yourself, other women, and Mama Nature.

Our retreat has exclusive use of the entirety of Nest’s exquisite grounds, including the large communal house, yoga temple, freshwater pond for swimming, steam sauna, hot tub, dedicated therapy space, outdoor fire pit with seating, and signposted bushwalking tracks.

This space is surrounded by ancient trees in a forest so rich with the healing energy of the Byron Bay hinterland. Being on this land is being held by the healing volcanic cauldron that’s unique to this area.

Together we will meditate with the rising sun, heal in the spa and lotus pond, commune with the flowers and trees, create elixirs and essences, eat delicious food, stretch our body, mind and Soul, and weave an inspiring vision for ourselves and our communities.

The hinterland of Byron Bay, Australia, is a renowned place for healing and renewal. The land is a part of an ancient volcano that erupted more than 100 million years ago, leaving behind the largest green caldera (cauldron) in the Southern Hemisphere, rich with fertile soil and a palpable energy.

Nest Retreat Centre is a uniquely secluded retreat space, surrounded by an ancient forest, giving us the optimum landscape to take time out from the hustle and overwhelm, and gather in love, authenticity, and beauty.

“Sarah’s Vision Weaving is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. It’s not easy to find words to describe Vision Weaving, because it is such a deep and profound experience, but it’s almost as though Sarah is able to ‘see’ what’s happening in my body, through her acute intuition. I’ve dramatically benefited from Sarah’s healing hands and Vision Weaving as she has helped me overcome years of chronic pain and a severe back injury. Sarah is a gifted healer and a visionary, and I feel very fortunate to have found her, and blessed to have been healed by her.”

"Sarah has changed my life. I was in a state where I could not get out of bed or drive. I was in such pain and fear. I literally had no life. I was terrified that I wouldn't make it in life anymore. No doctor could help me. It was the probably the scariest time of my life. Yet I found Sarah and it changed everything. From the moment I saw her I had hope again. I felt like I would be okay. She's the most patient and kind person. She turned my life around, I'm healthy, happy, successful. Her kindness, her beauty, her spirituality, her gifts are so magical. She's a blessing and I think everybody should go see her."

"I love Kris for her authenticity and her ability to be completely real, while at the same time connected to everything that is. I’ve been to lots of retreats but I don’t think I’ve ever sat with a facilitator who is so humanly available and void of any ego. She’s a completely open book and so powerful in a loving, joyous and liberating way. I never felt controlled or restricted, there was a goddessy flow that moved throughout the whole retreat. Kris is a goddess and you’ll have to sit with her to find that out for yourself."
Melanie
"I’ve just had the most beautiful retreat with Kris in paradise. My cup is overflowing. I’ve made so many beautiful connections with beautiful women. I’ve been nourished, I’ve deeply shared, I’ve cried, I’ve laughed, I’ve pushed my own barriers. I’ve opened up to the possibility of who I can be, what I can become, and I’m so grateful for everything that I’ve received from this delicious retreat."
