I’m equal parts foodie and wild soul. I’m a whole lot of sacred with a healthy dose of irreverence. I’m an impulsive hustler who finds balance with a quiet cup of tea and a juicy book. I’m wildly passionate about nourishing whole foods, everyday spirituality, and intuitive living.
My purpose and joy is all about supporting and empowering others to write with clarity and purpose, eat gorgeous food, and listen to the still, wise voice within.
I believe in messy homemade meals, hot lavender baths, soul circles, hot dumplings, meditation, the divine feminine, sunshine, crystals everywhere, salted caramel, oracle cards and lazy beach holidays.

I’ve had such a fun and diverse career. Fresh out of university, where I studied psychology and sociology, I managed cafés and restaurants, worked in catering, and then ran a beautiful provedore business. In my late 20s, when I’d had enough of hustling on my feet, I dived head-first into journalism, working as a Health and Beauty Editor for Real Living magazine. After three years I became a freelance writer, and I’ve happily worked from home ever since. During those eight years as a freelance writer, I wrote for some of Australia’s top magazines and websites – SBS, Grazia, Good Health, body+soul, Lorna Jane Active Living, and Cosmopolitan to name a few.
In 2016 I decided to shift my course a little and work with other creatives as a copywriter and editor. I’m absolutely loving my new path, helping other writers to shine through their words and bringing their ebooks to life. If you’d like to see how I work, you can head over to my Work With Me page. In between these projects I’m busy writing my first book about intuitive eating, telling stories on this blog and social media, designing my own unique inspired soul newsletters, and working on soulful cards for Affirmations Publishing House.
You’ll also find me in the kitchen with a steaming mug of tea whipping up something granola-based for breakfast, throwing together lavish (and often experimental) salads, tucking into homemade chocolate, slow cooking meats and making scrumptious desserts while soulful tunes fill the house and my family runs wild. Although to be perfectly honest, I’m also decidedly at ease with a pizza and glass of wine once in a while.
Lush food and wild words… they untether my soul.

She writes, reads and cooks with renewed fervour every day. And she adores meditation and yoga, and laughs like it’s a competitive sport.
